Advanced Bone Regeneration Course
Course Introduction
What does the course aim at?
This course, divided into 2 Masterclasses, aims to provide participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary to make bone regeneration predictable, replicable, and successful.
Through this course, participants will acquire an understanding of the biological principles and technical aspects required for the correct execution of bone surgery, enabling anyone to successfully replicate bone regeneration based on this knowledge.
We will also go through technical aspects of hard and soft tissues, from the small to the big horizontal and vertical augmentation.

Why should you take it
You will learn how bone regeneration biology works and understand its surgical and clinical implications (from a biological perspective). In fact, successful techniques work because they adhere to the same underlying principles.
You will comprehend why certain techniques are suitable and others are not, enabling you to make informed choices and execute them correctly. This course delves into the reasons behind effectiveness and the biological framework necessary for success.
Regardless of your background, this course provides an understanding of the environment in which you work, which results in a revelation for many.

How to choose your Masterclass
Masterclass 1 or 2?
To gain a comprehensive understanding, it is essential to attend both Masterclasses 1 and 2 to not miss out on valuable information. While the 1st Masterclass provides a significant clinical impact, it is in combination with the 2nd that the course reaches its full completion and vice versa.
How to integrate the add-ons?
If you choose the Masterclass 2 you will have the possibility to integrate the course with two other addons: the Advanced Cadaver Lab Training and the One to One with Luca de Stavola.
Masterclass 1
What does the course aim at?
The aim of the Masterclass is to focus on the biological aspects underlying surgical strategies. It specifically addresses regenerative techniques for horizontal and vertical augmentations of up to 5mm, with an emphasis on the guided bone regeneration (GBR) technique.
Additionally, the Masterclass covers the strategies for managing soft tissues, including topics such as flap design, flap elongation, and achieving passive wound closure.
The overall goal is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in these areas to enhance their surgical outcomes.

Masterclass 2
What does the course aim at?
The course aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in advanced techniques related to vertical augmentations exceeding 5mm, computer-guided bone harvesting, digital planning of the shield technique, surgical aspects of the execution, and soft tissue reconstruction in cases of significant atrophy.
